The Academic Services Center at Srinakharinwirot University manages dozens of outreach and academic development projects each year. As the number of initiatives grew, so did the complexity of tracking each project's progress, funding, documentation, and approval status. The center needed a reliable system to streamline project monitoring and improve internal visibility.
